"A Perfect Match"

Nanny A was taking care of my neighbor's daughter. When my neighbor moved, Nanny A, called me because she needed a new job.

Another Rye family that I had worked with for 12 years, needed a new nanny. This family was only looking for an after school nanny. Nanny A wanted a part-time job but she wanted to work 3 days a week.

Because I knew both the family and Nanny A's personality and family issues, I was able to get them to meet and realize they were the perfect match for each other. 

Now Nanny A's days & hours have been increased and her employer family couldn't be happier. Nanny A said to me, "you knew the type of job and family I would be happy with better than I did!"

Nanny B was stuck at the hospital with her son who had a concussion. Her employer was in the Bahamas and her charges were at summer camp. Nanny B needed to be at the summer camp to pick up the children.  Her one call from the hospital was to Quality Care. I tracked down the father to get authorization to pick up the kids from camp myself. 

We're a NEIGBOHOOD BUSINESS.  We know the family, nanny, camp, authorization procedures..

The children knew me already because I went over to meet the family after Nanny B started. Everything turned out great!
